RIVECO GENERALSIDER S.p.A.

RIVECO GENERALSIDER S.P.A is an industrial group focused in supplying products and services to companies involved in the business of conveying fluids, of transporting energy fuels (oil & gas) and to infrastructure industries. Production is carried out in two different industrial sites with a combined extension of 96000 sq.mt. The first production unite manufactures longitudinally welded steel pipes from 3" up to 16" in compliance with the most relevant International Standards: EN–API–DIN-ASTM-ecc., pre-insulated pipes for district heating and HDPE pipes. In the second production unit, all kind of anticorrosion coatings and linings for pipes up to 64” are applied: PE, PP, concrete overweighting and sacrificial anodes application for offshore pipelines, rock-shield mechanical protections, polyurethane foam insulation for district heating projects and related services. It has by far the widest possible range of applications in Europe.

The Company’s Quality Assurance System is certified according to the international standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and API 5L Spec. Q1 and in addition to these the company has acquired the following certifications: API Spec.5L, TÜV AD 2000-HP 0 and TÜV AD 2000-W0/TRD100.

RGS is also a registered and qualified supplier and has obtained, during the years, a number of qualifications quite unique in Europe from major companies in the oil and gas transmission field: Eni, Agip, Snam Rete Gas, REPSOL, SHELL, ARAMCO, AMOCO, C4GAZ, ENAGAS, GAS NATURAL, ENDESA, GAZ de FRANCE, TIGF etc. and all the most important Italian municipalities.
