F&D Furnaces, www.fdfurnaces.com, focuses on traditional Flinn & Dreffein furnace systems, such as tube and pipe quench and temper systems, tube annealing lines, car bottom furnaces, bar annealing and hardening lines, rotary hearth furnaces, normalizing, and aluminum heat treating furnaces, in addition to other custom engineered furnace equipment.

The F&D Furnaces’ extensive heat treating experience enables F&D Furnaces to work with clients as “technological partners” through all stages of heat processing projects. F&D Furnaces provides a wide range of technical services, including engineering and feasibility studies, equipment modernizations, new furnace installations, advanced process control solutions, and associated material handling equipment. In collaboration with our client, we provide a tailored solution to meet the demanding production and quality requirements of world class producers.

F&D Furnaces’ partner company FCE, LLC, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, www.fcellc.com, specializes in continuous strip annealing (carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous), strip galvanizing, and plate heat treating. FCE, LLC acquired the intellectual property of Drever Company in 2004 and continues to advance the Drever technology on a global stage.
