About Meltech

Meltech Engineering has over 25 years experience of developing electric-powered furnaces, extrusion and automated winding and coiling equipment. Our roots are in the wire and cable industry where we have supplied many strand annealing furnaces and automated take-up and pay-off machines.

Today Meltech equipment can be found in the aerospace, marine, plastics, food packaging, agricultural irrigation, and many other markets, where bespoke design and manufacture are valued for the technical and productivity benefits they bring to our customers.

We work alongside our customers' technical and manufacturing teams to understand their specific technical and processing requirements. Using our proven product design methodology and advanced CAD technology to visualise designs and produce accurate drawings, we are able to reduce project risk and smooth the introduction of new equipment.

Meltech Engineering is based in Blackburn, Lancashire close to the national motorway network (M6 and M65) and within 1 hour of Manchester International Airport.
