Specialists in wire cleaning

As global specialists in the design, development, manufacture and installation of superior wire and cable cleaning solutions – Geo Reinigungstechnik GmbH (GEO) has been providing the wire and cable industries with innovative cleaning solutions for over 15 years.

Demanding cleaning tasks such as the removal of oil, grease, stearate, soap and dust following the drawing process; cleaning before further operations such as coating; and the final cleaning in almost all the important branches of the future such as the automotive industry, telecommunications, the chip industry, medical technology and also in the field of high temperature measurement are typical applications for wet processes.

To meet the high requirements on surface quality and production speed GEO’s compact high-performance ultrasound modules and high pressure nozzles boost the cleansing capacity of the purifying agent in wet chemical processes.

In less demanding applications, mechanically-supported washing processes are suitable. Completed by the use of coordinated cleaning chemistry these systems ensure a high cleaning performance.

Whether the requirement is for a comprehensive “turnkey” system, an upgrade, or in addition to an existing process, GEO has numerous application-specific solutions.

The programme is completed by economically-priced equipment such as efficient stainless-steel air wipes which dry cables, wires and litz wire optimally at high speed with low air consumption; brush spirals and ultrasonic baths.
