Fabricom

Fabricom has over 30 years’ experience in developing and fabricating pipe bends by induction for a wide range of markets. As European leader in this sector, we offer you the advanced technology and qualified staff to manufacture pipe spools, complete with bends, in multiple planes from a single length of straight pipe.

Our machines allow for high flexibility in bend radius, bend angle and bend plane. And we can work to very close tolerances. For every grade of steel – seamless or welded pipes in carbon, stainless and any complex alloy steel – we guarantee to meet your quality and uniformity requirements.

What we offer:

• Heat treatment (stress relieving, normalizing, tempering, quenching…)

• 6 induction bending machines for pipe diameters up to 64” (1600 mm)
• 3 cold bending machines (up to 8” in diameter)
• 3 furnaces for post-weld or post-bend heat treatment
• 1 electric furnace
• Numerous semi-automatic welding machines
• Fully-equipped machine shop with heavy duty boring machines
• 4 beveling machines
