The Quaker team of experts provides process expertise and custom-formulated process fluids and coatings for all production operations in welded and seamless tube and pipe mills worldwide. We have manufacturing and R&D facilities in 12 countries, and have technical support staff on the ground in every industrialized region of the world, to support local business.

Our fully-integrated product line of tube and pipe coatings includes QUAKERCOAT®, low-to-zero VOC water-based and zero VOC UV coatings, and high-solids based varnishes. QUAKERCOOL® is a line of water-soluble, metal removal fluids including soluble oils, semi-synthetics, true solution synthetics, and emulsion synthetics that provide a wide range of performance capabilities to meet industrial requirements in metal forming, cutting and threading operations.

Quaker also offers a comprehensive collection of process fluids for all tube and pipe processing needs, such as fire-resistant and specialty hydraulic fluids, fire-resistant greases, hot mill rolling lubricants, hydrostatic testing fluids, maintenance and production cleaners, and metal forming and drawing lubricants.
