Bolt tensioning devices and hydraulic nuts allow controlled tightening up to the yield stress.

Most important customer advantages
The force is produced and applied without torsion, acting on the axial direction of the bolt or screw.
Since this is also done without friction and the nut can be turned without any friction, it is not necessary to calculate a coefficient of friction.

Pressure Generators

To generate the necessary hydraulic pressure to operate your tools, you can choose between three pressure generator series. From very light and compact building hand-lever pumps over compressed air driven aggregates up to our electro-hydraulic pumps, you can chose the different pressure stages up to 2500 bar. Furthermore, our pressure intensifier offer the possibility to use already existing low-pressure hydraulic pumps or hydraulic aggregates for hydraulic torque wrenches also up to a pressure of 2500 bar.

Special Screws

We manufacture screws according to customer specifications, to required materials and to all common norms and qualifications.

There are also versions of rotating parts as possible as versions of upsetting and compression moulding parts.

Apart from screws and screw bolts, of course we manufacture also nuts and other fixing and connecting elements according to internal version or your requirements.

Apart from already described products for the technique of axial pretensioning of screw bolts, we work out special solutions within the hydraulic sector using the advantage of our intensive knowledge of high-pressure hydraulic.
