Our modern, efficient wiredrawing equipment is specially designed for the production of wire for bedding and seating springs including pocket, LFK, Bonnell and miracoil as well as edging wires.

 

 

Size Range: All sizes from 1.18 to 5.00 mm

Tolerance: ± 0.015mm

Tensile Ranges: Up to 2100 Nmm2

Coatings: Phosphated or Copper Washed and Stearate drawn

Packaging: Supplied on formers, reels and Z2 packages. Shrink wrapped in plastic for extra protection

Suitable for use on: Pocket, LFK, Bonnel - FTA's, Miracoil Machines
