Using its expertise in the cold wire drawing/forming field, CONDAT offer a wide range of products adapted to all tube production processes (surface treatments, concentrated solubles, drawing oils, pastes and forming gel), with in particular very specific lubricants for:

Hot rolling operations :

• Lubricants for mandrels in powder or liquid form.
• Micronized, synthetic graphite dispersions in aqueous media offering an alternative to petroleum products. These products enable optimum lubrication of the dies and a very precise tube calibration.
• Cooling and protection products after extrusion

Rolling / welding operations :

• Concentrated soluble products allowing for easy forming operations with optimum surface finish while protecting the machines.
• Protection products allowing long term storage with no corrosion risks.
