Slip wet drawing machine for the drawing of carbon, stainless steel wire and welding wire

The wire is drawn by a hard coated cabstan having a diam. of 300 mm. It has a rotating die holder fixed on the frame. The capstan is cooled by a water system through the shaft, moved by a rotating joint, made of a circuit working in pressure. The wire coming out from the capstan enters a dancer which synchronizes the speed with the following winder.

Suitable for CO2 and staple wires copper plating.
