impurities: total impurities max 1,8 %

equal and unequal tee bars
- Channel sections
Complex cross-section profiles manufactured according existing drawing or as agreed with a customer (open profiles).

Length 2000 - 4000mm, length tolerance +15mm
Tolerances: acc. to PN-75/H-93623 ark. 08
Dimensions:cross-section within a circle up to diameter 80mm, minimum wall thickness 1,0 mm
Harness: after hot extrusion with no specified and tested properties
Surface: defined with way of manufacturing i.e. after hot extrusion

Alloy

Coin blanks are offered in following alloys:

• Two component brass (CuZn)
• Two component brass with nikel (CuZnNi)
• New silver (CuNiZn)
• Copper-nikel (CuNi)
• Aluminium bronze(CuAl6Ni2)
• Nordic Gold (CuAl5Zn5Sn1)
• Steel
• Copper or nikel plated steel blanks

Chemical composition is consistent with DIN, EN, ASTM, PN norm or individually agreed with the customer

Dimensional data

• Thickness in the middle of the blank (H1) 1,0 - 2,5 mm;
• Rimmed blank diameter range (D2) 11,0 - 38,0 mm;
• The remaining parameters such as mechanical properties, surface, piece weight - to be agreed.
• Shape of the rim

Depending on individual requirements the following rim shapes are available:

"R" type
"K" type

Marks:

• H1 - thickness in the middle of the blank;
• H2 - height of the rim;
• H3 - flat;
• D1 - rimmed blank diameter;
• R - radius of the rim;
• ∝ - angle of the rim.

Packaging

Subject to individual agreement with the customer

Applications: machining - especially on machines for the manufacture of mechanical parts, elements of heating and sanitary fittings, nuts.
