Letter of Invitation

Please contact our foreign representative, that is responsible for your home country. They will check the possibilities for issuing an invitation letter and then draw it up for the desired exhibition event as part of the visa application.
 
To this end our foreign representative requires the following information from you: Family name, Christian name(s), passport: number/ issuing country/ date, postal address and telecommunications data (phone, fax and/ or e-mail address). For fairs with admission restricted to trade visitors we additionally need proof of your being a professional in this sector.
